Uncover the mechanisms and consequences of bias in Artificial Intelligence (AI).
This webinar offers a practical introduction to AI bias: what it is, why it matters, and how to prevent it. We will examine real-world cases where AI systems went wrong, from recruiting tools that discriminated against women to healthcare algorithms that underfunded minority patients, and explore what could have been done differently. Through concrete examples and interactive discussions, we will learn to recognize bias in AI systems and understand the fundamental techniques for building fairer algorithms.
This session is designed for a broad audience, no deep technical background required.
