 ichael Löffler is a computer scientist currently studying law. At AI Fact
 ory Austria AI:AT\, he coordinates Law\, Ethics\, and Regulation. He has b
 een working on issues at the intersection of technology and law for more t
 han 17 years. During this time\, he worked for renowned law firms\, served
  as the Data Protection Officer (DPO) and Chief Information Security Offic
 er (CISO) of the AIT Austrian Institute of Technology – Austria's larges
 t non-university research institution – and conducted research on digita
 l fundamental rights. As an editorial board member of the journal Datensch
 utz konkret (Dako)\, he continuously publishes on data protection issues a
 nd is involved in training data protection officers in collaboration with 
 Business Circle.DDr. Krisztina Rozgonyi (AI Factory Austria AI:AT)    
  DDr. Krisztina Rozgonyi is a Senior Scientist at the Center for Innovati
 on Systems & Policy at the AIT Austrian Institute of Technology in Vienna.
  She is an internationally recognised legal and policy expert in digitalis
 ation\, platform governance and artificial intelligence\, focusing on the 
 societal impact of technological change and regulatory transformation.She 
 has advised international organisations such as the United Nations\, OSCE\
 , Council of Europe and the European Commission\, as well as national gove
 rnments\, on media freedom\, platform regulation and AI governance. She ha
 s authored over 100 academic and policy publications at the intersection o
 f media\, law and technology.She is also a Fellow at the Austrian Academy 
 of Sciences (ÖAW) and the University of Vienna. In 2026\, she was appoint
 ed by the European Commission to the AI Act Advisory Forum\, where she con
 tributes independent expertise to the implementation and governance of the
