The quality of AI chatbot responses depends significantly on how the question is framed. While chatbots are technically powerful, their results often remain imprecise or unhelpful without targeted input.
This webinar is all about steering AI chatbots with clear, well-structured instructions — in short, the art of prompting. We'll show you step by step how to turn an idea into an effective prompt, which building blocks (context, role, goal, and desired format) matter, and how to iteratively refine your inputs to get increasingly accurate results. Using easy-to-follow practical examples from OpenAI's ChatGPT and Mistral's Le Chat, you'll immediately see how different use cases (research, text generation, idea generation) work.
The content builds on the webinar From question to answer: Communicating effectively with AI chatbots for beginners, but is entirely self-contained and understandable on its own.
