Many companies that try to keep up with AI end up losing a lot of money along the way.
In this workshop, you discover how to perform a Return-on-Investment (ROI) analysis specifically for AI projects, in order to invest into the right projects. Based on specifici examples, you unveil relevant cost factors when investing into AI, and how they influence your strategy whether to make an AI project in-house, buy external software, or leave it be from the beginning.
In hands-on working sessions, participants apply the explored techniques on their own real-world examples.
The content builds on the previous workshop “Make it, buy it, or leave it Strategies for efficient AI adoption” but can be understood completely on its own.
