Learn how to build an automated workflow that turns incoming bid documents and requirements into structured information that can support the preparation of an offer.
Preparing a bid often requires information to be collected from documents, emails and other sources before it can be evaluated and transferred into an offer. In this workshop, participants build an n8n workflow that supports this process from the initial input to a structured result.
The workflow receives bid-related information and documents, extracts the relevant content and transforms it into a consistent structure. Participants learn how individual processing steps can be combined, validated and prepared for further use.
AI is used where unstructured information needs to be interpreted or summarised, while clearly defined workflow logic controls the overall process. The result is a practical example of how automation can reduce manual preparation work while keeping important decisions transparent.
The course will take place from 13:00 to 16:30.
