Learn how to automate the handling of incoming leads and inquiries with n8n — from initial intake and classification to structured follow-up and routing.
Incoming leads and inquiries often arrive through different channels such as web forms, email or other business systems. Processing them manually can lead to delays, inconsistent data and missed follow-up. In this workshop, participants build an automated workflow that handles incoming inquiries in a structured and reproducible way.
The workflow captures incoming information, validates and structures the data, and determines how the inquiry should be processed. Participants learn how rules, integrations and AI can be combined to classify requests, enrich information and route leads to the appropriate next step.
The workshop also addresses practical considerations such as missing information, duplicate entries and reliable handover to downstream systems or responsible team members. The course will take place from 13:00 to 16:30.
What you will learn:
- Capture inquiries from forms, email or other sources
- Route leads to the appropriate person, team or system
- Validate and structure incoming lead data
- Handle incomplete or duplicate information
- Classify inquiries using rules and AI
- Build a transparent and reusable lead-processing workflow
